About the Proceedings
The Proceedings of the Global Symposium on Leadership and Project Management provide a scholarly record of research, professional practice, applied studies, case analyses, and emerging perspectives presented through the Global Symposium on Leadership and Project Management.
The Global Symposium on Leadership and Project Management is hosted by Northeastern University and brings together researchers, educators, students, practitioners, and organizational leaders to exchange knowledge and advance dialogue across leadership, project management, organizational practice, and related fields.
The proceedings publish selected contributions from the symposium and provide authors with a permanent venue for sharing work presented through the annual event. Each annual volume reflects the symposium program and may include research papers, applied studies, evidence-based practice papers, case analyses, and other scholarly or professional contributions accepted for publication.
The symposium adopts a new theme each year. Information about the current symposium, including the annual theme, program, submission opportunities, and event details, is available from the official Global Symposium on Leadership and Project Management website:
