About the Journal
TheĀ Proceedings of the Global Symposium on Leadership and Project Management are the scholarly proceedings publication of the annual Global Symposium on Leadership and Project Management, hosted by Northeastern University.
The proceedings provide a permanent publication venue for selected scholarly and professional contributions associated with the symposium. They support the exchange of research, evidence-based practice, applied knowledge, case analysis, and emerging perspectives among researchers, educators, students, practitioners, project professionals, and organizational leaders.
Focus and Scope
The proceedings publish work related to leadership, project management, organizational practice, management research, project leadership, organizational change, innovation, evidence-based management, technology and projects, responsible management, and related areas represented within the symposium program.
Each annual symposium may adopt a distinct theme. The theme guides a portion of the annual program but does not limit the continuing scope of the proceedings.
Publication Model
The proceedings are organized as an annual publication. Each volume corresponds to an annual cycle of the Global Symposium on Leadership and Project Management and may include research papers, applied studies, evidence-based practice papers, case analyses, and other scholarly or professional contributions accepted for publication.
Publication in the proceedings is selective. Presentation at the symposium does not automatically constitute acceptance for publication.
Editorial Review
Contributions selected for publication are subject to editorial review and may be subject to peer review, revision, and formatting requirements appropriate to the type of submission. Editorial decisions are managed by the proceedings editorial team.
